I know what it's like to feel like you have a failing body. Something related to my posture started to unravel 10 years ago, which brought about a whole host of unsettling changes in my structure, accompanied by pain and discomfort, as well as pelvic strain, foot pain, tennis elbow, fatigue and RSI in my wrists and joints. Having tried multiple therapies, acupuncture, yoga, massage, physiotherapy, countless specialists, a nerve specialist finally referred me to a Feldenkrais practitioner.
Feldenkrais helped me learn that it was more about my posture, balance and how I was moving that was the cause of my symptoms. So if I changed this, I would see an improvement.
