Hi! I'm Reiku. I'm an Access Consciousness CFMW, Bars facilitator, Energetic Facelift practitioner, Body process facilitator, and a Yoga teacher.

I’ve been always a seeker, and knew there is something greater possible, but not necessarily know how. I kept following my curiosity and knowing, which led me to live in another country, led me to my yoga and meditation practices, and led me to an energetic work using the tools of Access Consciousness. 

Access Consciousness Bars, Facelift & Body process sessions contribute to let go of any limitations (limiting beliefs, tentions, anything that limits you from being YOU) and to create the life you can't wait to jump out of bed everyday!

My yoga sessions/classes are to invite YOU to build the greater communication and relationship with your self and your body. It's not about me telling you what to do, it's more about you listening to your body and choose what works for your body.
