Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates is an individualised form of pilates which is overseen by qualified instructors and osteopaths. Clinical Pilates focusses on rehabilitation and injury prevention. It uses tailored exercises to target individual problem areas. This helps you to gain strength and minimise your risk of re-injury. Your instructor will prescribe a specific exercise program for you based on an individual assessment.
Reformer Pilates
Reformer pilates classes are performed entirely on the pilates reformers. These workouts are typically more intense than mat based Pilates. Reformer Pilates adds resistance to the Pilates workout and provides a greater variety of exercises. Pilates reformers are also used in our clinical pilates programs, depending on what’s right for you.
Mat Pilates
If you’re looking for a fun, group exercise class that will strengthen your core and help you tone up and improve your general fitness, then Mat Pilates is for you.
Mat Pilates uses small props and equipment as part of your workout. It is suitable for beginners through to people who are experienced in pilates.
