Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the healing art of utilising aromatic pure essential oils for healing. Annemarie’s massage is an intuitive therapy that promotes relaxation, utilising forearms, hands, and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi techniques – combined with pure essential oils. It has a positive effect on circulation, stimulating and enhancing blood flow. It will reduce tension in your joints and muscles – improving harmony and cooperation between body, mind, and soul. Different blends infused into the air throughout treatments develop a healing, relaxed, and calm environment that will melt away stress and tension.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese Universal (Rei) Life Force Energy (Ki). Reiki is channeled through the hands by the gentle placement of hands-on or above the body. Aims to disperse negative energy to remove blockages in meridians and encourage free energy flow.
