Rikta Hawkins Craniosacral Therapy

Health is always present in the living body, even in challenging circumstances. Dynamic, vital forces constantly generate, maintain and repair the body through all its life. We connect with these forces during treatment.

Rikta is a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist in private practice based in Fremantle, Western Australia and is an Assistant Tutor for Body Intelligence Trainings held in Perth.

She is also passionate about qigong and teaches Zhineng Qigong and Taiji Shibashi Qigong.

Rikta Hawkins Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a subtle and profound healing form that assists the body’s natural capacity for self repair. It supports your body's innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself, as well as helping to reduce stress and build your underlying energy. A non-invasive, holistic approach to health, craniosacral therapy is suitable for all ages and many conditions.

Benefits

After a series of sessions many people notice an improvement in their symptoms, feel recharged and a greater sense of wellbeing. You may also gain more clarity about the direction in your life and a movement away from old patterns.
