Flow is a gentle yet highly profound class that slows down you body and your mind, and works to release muscle tension, anxiety, and stress. A fusion of Qi Gong and Tai Chi, the rhythmic, slow movements enhance blood flow and circulation, along with mobility and flexibility in the spine, and reduce injuries and inflammation.
This practice aligns with the principles of my 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Slowing down your movements helps to slow down your mind. As a qualified Flow Instructor, I love seeing my client witness this release of energy and their re-energisation.
