As a certified Mind-Body Health Coach, I assist and support women so that they can feel better about their bodies. To end the destructive cycle of body image anxiety and create a healthy and positive relationship with food.

I work 1-on-1 with clients both in person and over the phone or Zoom, meeting either weekly or fortnightly, depending on your specific needs and requirements.
