What To Expect During a Treatment?
On your first visit you will sit down with one of the Chiropractic Doctors and they will take a detailed history of your problems, aches, pains and general health levels. They may also discuss work habits, exercise patterns, emotional / stress factors, nutritional habits, goals and frustrations.
A complete physical examination will follow and X-rays will be performed if necessary. this will be followed by your first chiropractic treatment.
Our Chiropractors spend long enough with you to work on all problem areas including muscle work where needed. You will not have the experience of being on a production line and we do not do 5 minute consultations.
A typical Chiropractic treatment involves locating the offending subluxations and their causes, and then performing adjustments to remove them. This leads to restoration of the nerve signals, reduction in inflammation and restoration of normal muscle function.
Postural restoration, muscle releases, joint manipulation exercise prescription and a lot of other techniques are all part of a chiropractors tool kit.
