Yoga is the union of body, mind, breath and spirit.
This union has the most wondrous qualities. Time seems to suspend as focus is directed firstly to the movement of the breath throughout the body and then the slow, mindful movement of the body itself. I focus on breath and body awareness to calm and centre the mind, relax and restore the nervous system, increase flexibility, become healthier and more energetic.
I teach Hatha Vinyasa, Restorative, Yoga Therapy and Kisoma Yoga - yoga, movement and breath work to balance and invigorate the organs to enable the free flow of Qi, vital energy.
To work more therapeutically with yoga, I use my knowledge of the holistic therapies of massage, reflexology and kinesiology, Qi-Touch Balance, gentle and safe practices to support and create balance physically, emotionally and mentally.
