We hope that you follow the road to quiet contentment through the practice of meditation, yoga, and adopting a healthy and simple lifestyle. Shirani practices Hatha Yoga following B.K.S Iyengar method and is also trained by the Australian College of Classical Yoga. A journey with us will be truly unique. We have an Ashram that can house up to 6 people. It is an open environment with Japanese styled sleeping arrangements with Futons.
