With over 14 years of experience in the beauty industry, Sara is passionate about helping others, is fascinated with the human anatomy, and strives to make people feel better in their skin.

She has dedicated herself to creating the ultimate experience tailored to each individual since completing her training in New Zealand.

Her career has taken her both to Auckland and Perth, where she gained skills in ancient Indian and Thai traditions, as well as in spa management.

The name Savasana comes from the Sanskrit language of ancient yoga and is the final resting pose in yoga. This leads you to learn a bit more about Sara, who finds that yoga helps her to relax and to stay in shape.  

In her work, she believes that a person’s health starts from the inside, so she works with Heritage Healers from Coffs Harbour who follow an Ayurvedic approach and use some of the Elders’ knowledge of the potential healing properties of flowers from our backyard.
