Yoga provides a framework for living with self-care, care of others, and our environment. I am trained and qualified in Hatha Yoga, and I utilise props in my sessions, such as blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, and chairs, to support each individual wherever they require support within their individual experience of yoga.
My own life has been transformed by yoga and I love being able to share this heart-based practice. I teach classes at a range of locations in Brisbane, including Coopers Plains, Camp Hill, and Sunnybank. Additionally, I teach relaxation/meditation at Choices Cancer and Wellbeing Centre in Auchenflower.
