Dru yoga is a gentle flowing form of yoga that is suitable for everyone. It focuses on moving with the breath and has been described as being like a combination of tai chi and yoga. It emphasises strength as well as flexibility and works positively on your core strength and stability.
Most Dru classes will include one of the signature sequences of Dru yoga – the Energy Block Release sequences. These consist of a planned sequence of movements carefully designed to help unblock stagnant or blocked energy in your system. Classes move between flowing dynamic movement through to stages of deep rest and silence.
The utmost care is taken to ensure that your experience of Dru is a safe and enjoyable one.

Classes in Brunswick
Classes are held in a beautiful space at the Australian Shiatsu College in Brunswick. Currently there is one class a week at 9.15am - 10.30am on Tuesday mornings.
I have been a naturopath and acupuncturist for over 25 years and have been practising Dru yoga and meditation for 8 years. I am a fully qualified teacher of Dru and registered with Yoga Australia.
