Seido Health supports you to move towards health through Craniosacral Therapy and Shiatsu. Treatments are ideal for those who are experiencing pain or discomfort, would like to alleviate stress and tension from mind and body, and for those looking for a service to help maintain health and wellbeing.
Often treatments result in a reduction of pain, mobilisation of joints, an overall greater sense of wellbeing and calm, more awareness of body connection & sensing, improved energy and digestion and the capacity to deal with day to day activities with greater ease. Both modalities act as preventative healthcare and assist in general health maintenance.
Shiatsu & Craniosacral Therapy are integrated whole-body therapies beneficial for people of all ages. Within this spectrum those who may benefit from a treatment at Seido Health include:
Your first consultation will involve taking a close look at your medical history both past and present. Other factors will also be taken into account such as lifestyle choices to determine a treatment plan that is designed specifically for you and your needs.
If you are looking to have ongoing treatments to address a particular health condition you can establish with your therapist outcomes you would like to achieve to improve your health.

Rebecca began her journey in complementary health as a means of self-exploration completing her studies in Craniosacral Therapy in 2012 through Craniosacral Australia. During this time she also completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage with the purpose of building palpation skills and anatomical knowledge of the body. She then worked alongside an acupuncturist for three years, assisting as a moxibustion therapist while also doing an internship with her Craniosacral teachers. Her interests in Traditional East Asian Medicine grew leading to the completion of a Diploma in Shiatsu & Oriental Therapies in 2018. Rebecca perceives both Craniosacral Therapy and Shiatsu as complimenting each other in that they both recognise the body's innate intelligence to align with health if given the space and resources to do so.
She values and encourages the development of self care practices and other ways in which you can better manage your own health through diet, exercises and lifestyle changes.
