Lymphatic Massage

Time: 60 or 90 minutes

Give yourself the gift of time to indulge and replenish in a way that is all about you.

Your unique lymphatic treatment begins with a consultation to understand the issues you are facing with your health and well-being before you get snuggled into the warm massage bed with beautiful towels surrounded by beautiful aromas from Nicki's collection of essential oils.

At the end of your treatment which will include pneumatic compression, lymphatic massage, glymphatic massage, scalp massage you will feel nurtured, pampered and incredibly light and peaceful.

Cost:

initial session :$180, approx 90 minutes

follow up sessions:  $140, approx 60 minutes which includes time in the Normatec

Raindrop Technique

Time: 1.5 hours

Imagine the sensation of sinking into a deep and blissful state of rest, as someone does the ancient Tibetan version of reflexology on your feet.

As you slowly (even reluctantly) come back to your body and roll over, you experience the gentle splashes as therapeutic grade essential oils are applied up your spine and to your tired muscles.

These oils are then “feathered in” using a spine-tingling technique inspired by the Native Americans, combined with massage. You can’t get more pampered than this!

Raindrop Technique derives its name from the art of dripping unadulterated, therapeutic-grade essential oils onto the body from a height (like rain), so that the oils interact with the physical body as well as the energy field.

This was inspired by the Native American belief that raindrops falling from a height may purify and cleanse the body and spirit. Because the essential oils easily penetrate the skin and muscles, the technique works on deep levels of the body without requiring hard pressure or force.

Detox Therapy

Time: 1.5 hours

A great way to kick start a new health regime, eating plan or simply to assist the body in removing toxins after a period of over indulgence.

Your detox journey commences with a consultation to determine exactly what your body needs along with any emotional detox that may need to be worked with, if you are looking for this.

Your treatment then creates a relaxing and peaceful detox experience that will leave your body feeling recharged along with a deep sense of relaxation.

Therapies that may be used during the detox process include a welcoming herbal tea, ionic foot detox therapy, far infrared sauna, bodywork and massage to move toxins, essential oils to aid the detox process and help the body clear toxins plus other wellbeing services.

About Nicki

Nicki is a born nurturer and teacher - her greatest gift is to provide experiences and education to guide you along a holistic journey to improved health and vitality.  Having spent the last 30 years running on the hamster wheel -  in and out of doctors clinics and the other practitioners trying to improve her own health. she understands how devastating and demoralising this can be. 

Just over three years ago Nicki was finally diagnosed with Lipeodema and Lymphodema after struggling with trying to maintain a healthyweight and declining mobility from both diseases.  

Nicki has been a holistic bodywork therapist for the past 20 years and is passionate about supporting other wormen find answers to their health concerns in a much more timely manner.  

She offers many different treatments to help on a physical level but also has other tools and machines to support women to have emotional support and breakthroughs in their healing.

She is is commited to helping other women with the same issues and is very understanding  the needs of this special group of women.

Nicki works tirelessly to support her clients using a number of techniques including Lymphatic  & Therapeutic Massage, Pneumatic Comoression Therapy , Sauna, Detox Footbaths, Ear, Sinus and Body Candling.
