Choose the perfect exercise style for you! Whether you prefer to exercise alone, in a small group or with a group of friends, we have an option for you.
Our team of qualified exercise staff work very closely with our Myotherapists, Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, Naturopath and Biomechanist to ensure your body is trained to function the best it can with optimal posture and form, with injuries and individual restrictions taken into account.

About Our Classes
Our classes are all kept small with a maximum of 8 attending at any one time. This ensures each participant is able to be supervised effectively.
Before joining a class or group session, all participants are required to attend at least one personal one on one session with their instructor to be assessed and then introduced to basic techniques, before joining the appropriate class for their level of fitness and experience.
