Welcome to Shiatsu Insight
Taoist philosophy states that everything should exist in its natural state: Health is the natural state of the body, stability and integration the natural state of the mind, happiness the natural feeling of life.
Peace exists when all surrounding circumstances exist in their natural state.
“Naturalness has to do with balance; by achieving a state of balance within the body and harmony with others, an overall state of well-being can be enjoyed.” Masahiro Oki
