Naturopathy and Naturopathic Medicine is useful for individuals of all ages experiencing both intense and chronic diseases, from the common cold to serious chronic disease.
Our practitioners have a wide range of experience assisting people with conditions such as asthma, digestive problems, intolerances and sensitivities, recurrent infections, depression, arthritis, fibromyalgia, eczema, IBS and more.
Our naturopaths work in harmony with nature and the body. Naturopathy uses a holistic approach to treatment, addressing the whole person: mind, body and spirit. The core of naturopathic medicine is focused on the treatment as an individual with specific needs. We take into consideration all aspects of your body and its various systems, your lifestyle and diet, your work and family and your unconscious beliefs and behavioural patterns. We dont simply treat one body system as a separate entity from the rest of your body or mind.

Marta Dunin-Labedzki
Shine Health Wellbeing Director and Principle Naturopath, Marta is a passionate and caring practitioner dedicated to helping people discover the fantastic feeling of renewed health and vitality.
Marta has been a practitioner since 2001 and celebrates 20 years as a healthcare practitioner in 2021. Over this time she has worked with thousands of women, men, adolescents and children and has brought much health and happiness to their lives.
Marta brings timely expertise, understanding, care and practicality to her clients health care needs. Marta seeks to get to the core of her clients health concerns with detailed case analysis and thorough clinical testing. Once she understands your unique concerns, she puts together an individualised program aimed at returning you to Optimal Health.
Marta's love of natural medicine has inspired her to study Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. She will graduate with a Masters at the end of 2021 and will offer acupuncture in 2022.
Marta's ongoing training enables her to source skills from her varied tool kit.

In 2015, her vision to create a centre of health and wellbeing for the community lead her to expand and rebrand her previous clinic Optimal Health Solutions and create Shine Health Wellbeing Centre where practitioners, teams members and clients all get to Shine from inside out!
