Myotherapy ($80 an hour)
Treating the body as a whole unit. Myotherapy is an advancement of the skills involved in remedial massage. Still focused on using hands on massage techniques, Myotherapy is detailed clinical assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal pathologies which utilises techniques such as dry needling, trigger point therapy, electrotherapy, active and passive exercise rehabilitation, as well as nutritional advice.
Remedial Massage ($80 an hour)
When muscles become knotted, tense or damaged, remedial massage provides a healing treatment that can be gentle or strong, deep or shallow. Remedial massage holistically treats the body, identifying the original biomechanical dysfunction, thus healing the cause of the disorder, as well as the symptoms.
The treatment is tailored to suit you as an individual, whether you have an injury, aches and pains or problems with your mobility. Through communication, postural assessment, soft and deep tissue techniques such as trigger point therapy, mobilizations, muscle energy techniques, stretching and self-care plans.
Relaxation Massage ($80 an hour)

Deep Tissue ($80 an hour)
Deep Tissue combines the smooth flowing style of swedish massage with deep strong techniques to focus on knotty muscle tension and relieve the strain of built up stress from your day to day life.
Cupping and Accupressure ($80 an hour)
Cupping refers to an ancient Chinese practice in which a cup is applied to the skin and the pressure in the cup is reduced (by using change in heat or by suctioning out air), so that the skin and superficial muscle layer is drawn into and held in the cup.
It is completely painless, promoting circulation and the drawing of toxins out of the body. I use vacuum cups , placing the cups on specific sites of irritiabily and pain gliding them over areas to increase blood circulation to relieve pain and discomfort and have you feeling good as new and fighting fit.
Pregnancy Massage ($80 an hour, book 3 sessions $200)

Gua Sha ($80 an hour)
Gua Sha, also referred to as 'scraping technique', 'coining" or 'spooning', originated in China.
Gua Sha is a technique used to create small superficial papules on the skin which help to relieve the musculoskeletal system from the invasion of, what Traditional Chinese Medicine refers to as external pathogenic factors such as wind, heat, cold and damp.
In western medicine it is used to reduce pain and enhance local circulation by soft tissue activation and the "gate control" mechanism of pain management.
