Slav draws from an evidence base of thoroughly researched theoretical frameworks and therapeutic approaches used CBT, DBT, and ACT, psych-education, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, bio-psychological theory, group therapy, family systems theory, systems theory, social justice and recovery principles.
