How does Hypnotherapy work?
The hypnotherapist uses language that relaxes you physically and mentally which enables you to access your unconscious mind. Then new positive suggestions are made directly in line with your goals.
For example for weight loss, the following suggestions will be made "you automatically choose healthy and nutritious foods which makes you feel healthy and empowered".
Your unconscious mind accepts this suggestion.
In order to complement this suggestion, your meta program is identified that is what you are eating on a daily basis and a new nutritious diet is suggested. A common issue seems to be grabbing quick snacks with a high sugar content. Hypnotherapy assists you in changing to become more neutral to sugar.
Our habits are formed in our unconscious mind, once this is accessed and changed a fast, permanent and effective result is achieved.
How many sessions will I need?
You need anywhere from 1-4 sessions, a week apart.

Sheryl-Lee will always check in with you regularly to see how your progress is going or if you need added support.
