Sue works intuitively, therefore, every session is individual and tailored to the clients needs in order to best facilitate healing. A session combines the gentle healing modalities of Reiki and Aura Soma colour balancing techniques, creating a very powerful and unique healing experience.

What Happens During a Session?

Ambient music and aromatherapy is used to create a relaxing and nurturing environment, as healing occurs more easily when we are in a relaxed state. However, you may request not to have music playing or oils/candles burnng during the session.

A typical treatment sessions consists of the following:

• Discussion with the client to gain an understanding of why they have come for a session.
• The treatment itself. All treatments require the client to lie on a massage table. The client remains fully clothed throughout the session and is free to stop the healing treatment at any stage.
• Feedback and review following the healing session.

During the session, you may feel the flow of energies with feelings of warmth, coolness, tingling or relaxation. It is quite common for clients to fall asleep or drift off. This is normal and allows for deep healing to occur at an unconscious level.
