Solution Focused Therapy:
A therapy which focuses on on the future. It assists in shifting your mindset from being stuck in the past and in the problem, and moves you into how you would like to see and experience your life if the problem didn't exist. Can be powerful for shifting people out of a rut.
Or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a therapy designed to help process stuck emotions and beliefs, so they can be left behind and you can move forward. Commonly used to treat trauma but also used to assist with a variety of other emotional problems.
Helps you to see your life as a story of which you are the author. It empowers you to rewrite your life in a more empowering way.
Jeffrey Young's Schema Focused Therapy:
This builds on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy taking you beyond your everyday thoughts to and awareness of the core beliefs that drive your thoughts. It then helps you shift these core beliefs through a variety of interventions.
Sometimes it's difficult to find the words to convey how you feel. A picture tells a thousand words can be of huge benefit in helping you express your feelings and give meaning to your experience.
Core Energetics Psychotherapy:
Where appropriate learning to tune into the physical sensations associated with your feelings brings you into a greater awareness of your feelings and the beliefs you associate with them.
