What is Ear Candling?
Ear candling has been around for centuries the Hopi Indians are most know for this. The ear candle is made of cloth and wax, the idea is the hollow tube when lit softens the wax in the ear and the flame causes a gentle suction drawing out the wax. The treatment is done with the patient lying down on there side each ear takes about 20 minutes. Once the candle gets to a certain lengh it is gentley removed the ear is wiped with a cotten bud and the whole ear is softly massage.The treatment is very relaxing, is not painful in any way.
