Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient healing techinique which triggers pressure points on the hands and feet to stimulate energy flow to corresponding parts of your body.

Reiki

"Reiki" is a Japanese word meaning "Universal Life Energy".
During a Reiki session, the Reiki practitioner is a channel for Universal Energy, gently placing their hands in a sequence of positions on your body to relax, revitalise and relieve energy stagnation.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot basalt stones are used in combination with massage techniques to allow heat to penetrate into your muscles and ligaments – softening them and easing tension.

Holistic Healing

Holistic Healing Treatment methods may include nutritional guidance, tissue salts, esoteric healing, reflexology and affirmations. This is a truly holistic approach to healing.

Holistic Counselling

Holistic Counselling is a transpersonal approach focussed on truly listening to your own needs.

About your Practitioner - Paula Havryluk

Paula practices from her therapy centre in Hoppers Crossing, Melbourne, Australia. A mobile service is also available for the corporate, education and health sectors. Paula is happy to give group presentations by prior arrangement.

Paula has been practicing reflexology and Reiki therapies since 2001 and is a reflexology trainer at the Australian School of Reflexology & Relaxation.

In 2005 she trained as a Holistic Healer and Holistic Counsellor and more recently, to further enhance her skills, she has completed training in RESET, Hot Stone Therapy and Ear Candling. In 2008 she commenced study of a Dip. of Professional Counselling and feels that this will be a valuable asset in helping her clients.
