I woke up one morning with severe back pain & was bedridden for 6 months & housebound for 6 years. I suffered depression for 2 ½ yrs during those housebound years & though you can read a more about my story in the upcoming co-authored book, 'Path to Wellness', it was the start of my spiritual & alternative healing journey of learning & becoming connected to my Guides & Angels & learning many healing modalities. Though it was all originally for my own self healing, I have been offering my services, skills & experience, to help others for nearly 2 decades, by providing Reiki & energy healings, spiritual readings, holding weekly meditation, monthly groups, & teaching Spiritual & Reiki workshops since 2005.
I am a published author in the Heart to Heart Series book, 'The Path to Wellness', alongside industry thought leaders, Dr John Demantini & Bob Doyle from 'The Secret', as well as my own books, 'BECOMING SPIRIT WISE' (Revised & Updated 2016), 'SPIRIT'S WISDOM- Channelled Messages (Volume 1)', & meditation cd's, 'Meditations from BECOMING SPIRIT WISE' (double cd), 'Healing with THE ELEMENTS', 'Meeting your SPIRIT HELPERS', 'HEART BASED Meditations', 'Clearing & Removing ENERGY BLOCKS', as well as 'SYMBOLIC SIGNS & SYMBOLS Wisdom Cards + Instruction Booklet'.
I written & published the free SPIRIT WISDOM'S newsletter from 2004-2016, which provided free guidance through messages from Angels, Angel Cards, Tarot, Runes, Animal Guides, as well as my self created & published cards, SYMBOLIC SIGNS & SYMBOLS Wisdom cards, as well as educational articles, until 2017 issue of the International Psychics Directory became a FREE magazine.
I have appeared in International Psychics Directory yearly since 2006 & have articles published every year since 2008.
