Strive was founded by Tanya Gendle who after overcoming a personal journey of breast cancer and depression found the importance of treating the body as a system of connected parts. She began learning about holistic training and saw the positive affects it had on her life and her own personal voyage. She then launched Strive to support others, in their personal journey from within.

Strive’s purpose is to help those who want to be helped through diet and exercise lead healthier lifestyles. We create more awareness in how you can help your own health and fitness needs to get the most out of your life and your own personal journey.

At Strive we offer a trainer to support and guide you in a safe place where you can spend time to nurture and heal your body, as we value a gentle, nurturing, personal approach to creating a sustainable, healthy and fit lifestyle.

We aim to provide this by supporting our client’s goals and education on the six holistic principles of thoughts, breath, hydration, diet, exercise, and sleep.
