Reiki calms the mind and is deeply relaxing. A well known therapy for reducing stress, improving sleep and boosting the body's natural healing abilities.
I keep the classes small, making time for questions, sharing and hands on practice.
We will cover; the history of Reiki, practice self healing & meditations, integrating Reiki into your everyday, learn about & work with one of the sacred Reiki symbols.
All students receive a Reiki 1 Certificate & manual.

Keen to take your Reiki training to the next level & earn an income as a Reiki therapist?
Small intimate classes making time for questions, sharing and one to one teaching. A very practical class to develop confidence in working with Reiki energy.
We will cover; the sacred Reiki symbols & experience their energy, remote healing and associated techniques, practice giving and receiving Reiki sessions, meditations to support your practice, ways to integrate Reiki into your everyday.
Students receive a Reiki Practitioner certificate & manual.
A Reiki Refresh session is offered post training, to support students in deepening their connection and experience with Reiki.
You must have completed Reiki Level 1 to attend this class.
