Kim Gatenby

About 3.5 years ago, Kim was diagnosed with a severely reduced ovarian reserve, AMH of 1.3. Add to that her endometriosis, which left her with 1.5 to 2L of blood loss, and things didn’t look good.

With a Bachelor of Applied Science, Chinese Medicine and Master of Reproductive Medicine under her belt, Kim was determined to apply her knowledge to her own life, and so started her journey to motherhood.

With a strong understanding of both Eastern and Western cultures, Kim is in a unique position to assist her patients on their fertility journeys.

Although Kim specialises in fertility and pregnancy care (primarily at St Leonards because of the IVF clinics in the area), she is also an experienced acupuncturist, having worked as one in Dural for 16 years and treated a wide range of conditions.

Lisa Burnley

As a double degree holder with more than 16 years of experience working in hospitals across Sydney and London, Lisa's expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and occupational therapy has never failed to help improve people's health.

Lisa has always been passionate about health and helping others, and she has a kind, sensible and open personality. Her thorough understanding of Western medical disorders, as well as her critical thinking and effective communication skills, will assist you in your fertility or health journey.

Her passion for merging Chinese medicine principles with Western medical standards allows her to give the best potential treatment outcomes for her patients. Lisa is passionate about women's health and assisting them in ensuring a healthy pregnancy. This, combined with her own personal fertility experience, led her to Sydney Natural Fertility, where Kim guided and trained her.

Chieko Kinoshita

As a registered acupuncturist, doctor of Chinese medicine, midwife and nurse, Chieko is undoubtedly equipped with the knowledge, skills and tools to support you from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum. With her extensive years of clinical experience in health care across multiple roles, you can be assured she knows the ins and outs of her job. Chieko is the head pregnancy acupuncturist at Sydney Natural Fertility, so you can rest assured that you are in competent hands.
