See as many clients as you like and still pay the same low rate. Our model for practitioners is that you have a beautiful space to practise in, you control your own business but are seen to be under an umbrella clinic to give you more gravitas and presence. No uniforms, no percentage cut per client, no costly surprises that come with a commercial lease.

The room is pleasant and airy, with plenty of natural light and windows you can open.

Furniture includes a desk and treatment table. There is also some cupboard space for you to use. The shared waiting lounge is spacious and comfortable. For payments, HICAPS is available.

We are located above 'Devine' on Lyons Road.

Parking is free, plentiful and close. Buses along Victoria Rd and Lyons Rd are frequent and convenient.

The room is available for rent on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Rate for one day: $107

Rate for a second day: $75

Our rates are deliberately low because we have made a conscious choice to support a motivated practitioner to build a thriving practice. You have the room for the whole 24 hours of your days, so you are free to make bookings as early or late as you need.
