Suitable for Beginners and intermediate tai chi players
Join Rani with her many years of international teaching experience for three tai chi sessions per week. Each month we learn a new short, symmetrical tai chi form drawn from Dr. Lam's tai chi for health programs. We invite you to try your first class as a guest. Rani records each session, with this monthly subscription you receive access to these recordings, so you never miss a session! Cost $20 per hour paid in advance each month. Payment is by invoice and service agreeement if you are NDIS funded. ($200 per month).

Sun 73 - Tai Chi suitable for people with previous tai chi experience
Combining two of the most powerful internal arts with tai chi, Sun Lutang (1861-1932) created an uniquely powerful style of tai chi. This style places great emphasis on Qi Gong (exercise to cultivate vital life nergey), making it especially effective for cultivating internal energy, which in turn greatly enhances healing and relaxation. The Sun 73 forms is charactertised by agile step with smooth and flowing movements like water in the river.
Professor Men Hui-Feng of the Beijing University of Physcial Education created Sun 73, combining elements of Sun Lutang's traditional form. Tai Chi is a lovely way to finish your Monday. Rani Learnt Sun 73 movements from Dr. Paul Lam who learnt it from Professor Men Hui-Feng.
Join Rani every Monday evening during Victorian school term to learn Sun 73 forms over one year. Cost $20 per session paid in advance each term.
