Qi Gong Classes

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 4.00 - 4.30PM ONLINE

Join these daily qi gong classes to relax and rejuvenate your mind and body, develop a routine and connect with others, so vital to your wellbeing in these challenging times.

Afternoon sessions can assist our transition from “work” to “home”, day to evening, and provide an important routine to our day.

Join Rani with her many years of international teaching experience for five classes a week for only $200 per month. We invite you to try your first class as a guest.

What is Qi Gong?

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese exercise that gently moves and balances the body’s energy. This mind body practice is simple to learn and suitable for all levels of ability.

RANI TEACHES DR. PAUL LAM’S VERSION OF 5 ELEMENT QI GONG. A DVD IS AVAILABLE TO SUPPORT FURTHER HOME PRACTICE.
