Tai Chi & Qi Gong for Health

About Us

It is the passion of Chunmei to change the lives of clients, by improving their mind and body wellbeing by teaching them Qi Gong and Tai Chi. Additionally, the healing art of Remedial Massage is used to help the lives of clients.

After many years of studying Taekwondo (black belt), and teaching and practicing Tai Chi, Chunmei decided to create her own business where she could enhance the lives of others. The health benefits of Qi Gong and Tai Chi include:

  • Increased flexibility and muscle strength

  • Better body posture

  • Improved flow of Qi (life energy)

  • Greater fitness

  • Integration of body, mind and spirit

“When I arrived at Tai Chi class today I had a tight neck & mild headache. By the end of the class the neck was loosened up & the mild headache GONE!” - Margaret C.

“Chunmei’s Tai Chi classes are great for me. I’m not a fast learner, have a bad back and don’t like gyms. I find the classes relaxing and Chunmei always stresses to work within your own comfort zone. I always feel better afterwards.” - Peter M.

“I find Tai Chi so gentle, and yet it wakes up my whole body. It’s perfect before I go trail-walking or on a morning run. Chunmei has taught us in such a way that we enjoy practicing Tai Chi daily” - Fiona D.
