TAKE A SEAT'S 12 WEEK CORPORATE HEALTH PROGRAMThis is a comprehensive 12-week program designed so that you can get the most out of your budget, while working towards the goal of your business having a healthy, well-balanced workplace.
The 12-week Corporate Health Program includes the following:
An initial health check for all participants which includes:
- Cardio Fitness level
- Strength test
- Flexibility test
- Core endurance
- Blood Pressure and Heart Rate
- BMI and Body Fat Assessment
One health presentation tailored to meet the needs of your staff.
- One 15 minute chair massage for each participant.
- An 8 week exercise programme tailored to the results of the week one health checks.
- A health re-assessment for each participant which includes advice on how to stay healthy and fit.
- A final report for management discussing the group’s achievements and improvements.
