What is EFT’s origin?

EFT has its foundations in ancient knowledge that Energy flows throughout our bodies. In Chinese culture and medicine these channels of energy are known as ‘meridians’. There are 14 meridians the flow through our body.

What are meridians?

Meridians are energy channels that move through our bodies and every meridian relates to certain body systems, body parts and organs. Through the stimulation of certain points on the body we are able to access the meridians to enhance energy flow that may be stagnant or not flowing freely.

What causes Meridian energy blocks?

Energy flow in the body can be hindered by your encounters these are typically occasions in your life, for example, emotions, painful memories and traumatic life events.

How does EFT help?

EFT is able to effectively clear the blockages or stagnant energy in your body.
