Nutritional Medicine Protocol

A detailed report will be provided following the consultation outlining nutritional, herbal and lifestyle recommendations; and considerations/priorities for future treatment plans. It will include advice on which foods you should consume, those you should avoid and any recommended supplements with specific advice on the form and amount should these be recommended. Please note that this advice is not of a general nature - it is specific to the condition we discuss during the consultation and should not be used as your long-term nutritional strategy. Subsequent consultations will continue to modify this advice.

Flower Essence Remedy

A 15ml bottle of Flower Essence Drops is included with the consultation cost and is designed to address any emotional blockages that may hinder treatment. Flower essences are a form of vibrational energy medicine that are a natural, gentle and safe method of addressing these. Sometimes I will choose the essences for the formula and other times I may ask you to perform a flower card reading to let your subconscious choose the flower essences.

​Liquid Herbal Formula

Herbal Medicine is a core part of treatment and has a huge body of scientific evidence backing its effectiveness. I will blend four to five different liquid herbals following our consultation based on your specific, individual needs. This is charged in addition to the consultation as outlined below:

$45* for 210 ml (two week supply)
$85* for 420 ml (four week supply)
*surcharge of $1 per ml for premium herbs

Homoeopathics

Homoeopathy is a form of energy medicine that can be used safely while taking prescription medication. This is not a core part of my treatment protocol and will only be recommended where herbal medicine and/or supplements cannot be safely prescribed due to interactions. I can provide these for $16.95 from the Owens Homoeopathic Range.

I will call you for a 10-minute follow-up phone call 3 days into the treatment plan to monitor compliance and answer any questions
