Currently, I am running indoor and outdoor Bootcamps on Friday’s and Sunday’s across 2 different locations across Melbourne. As winter is now with us, we have now relocated to two amazing indoor locations.
A boot camp is a fun way to work out with a group of like-minded individuals and you can even extend the invite to your friends. Don’t be intimidated by the word ‘boot camp’, these sessions are designed to be fun and effective at the same time.
