Thai Foot Massage (reflexology) is a healing modality that involves the stretching and massage of the lower legs and the soles of the feet. It helps with the body’s innate natural ability to heal itself as there are a number of pressure points located in the feet. By utilising their hands, and a rounded wooden stick with Thai oil or balm, the masseur is able to apply pressure to specific points on the foot causing a reflex action in another part of the body to be stimulated.
