Osteopathy

Osteopaths use a range of techniques, using both a direct and an indirect pathway. Direct methods include soft tissue, stretching, mobilisation, muscle energy techniques and manipulation. Indirectly, we use counterstain, balanced ligamentous tension and cranio-sacral rhythms.

Myotherapy

Myotherapists employ myofascial release, massage, joint mobilisation, dry needling, myofascial cupping, stretching and electrical stimulation (tens machine) to help you on the road to recovery and prevent further injury. 

Massage therapy

Podiatry

Podiatry manages the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of medical and surgical conditions of the feet and lower limbs.

Pilates

Pilates is an exercise and rehabilitation method developed in the 1920’s to expedite the healing of injured athletes and maintainence of their fitness. It has since been further developed to suit the wider population.
