Through one-on-one sessions and educational workshops I am able to guide Women to witness their full potential, increase their body awareness and heal parts of themselves that society has shamed.
Therapeutic Yoni Massage
Yoni Massage is an ancient practice for Women to truly drop into their feminine seat of power, clear trauma and re-connect to their body.
Each session runs for approximately 3 hours and includes:
- Sensual/Sexual Health Coaching Session
- Full Body & Yoni (external and internal) Massage
- Debrief and closing of the session
- Delicious & grounding snacks
- Organic Herbal Tea & Cacao
- Follow up support via email
Currently offered at an introductory price of $320 until 30th June 2021, price will increase to $375 from the 1st of July 2021.
Steam Therapy (Yoni Steaming)
What is Steam Therapy/Yoni Steaming?
Steaming is a beautifully nourishing act of Self-Care.
A Woman, and oftentimes Men, sit or kneels over a warm pot of boiled water, exposing their pelvic region to the steam as it rises.
Steaming can assist Women who experience:
- hot flushes & night sweats
- long and short cycles
- missing periods
- infections
- clots & cramps
- and so much more
Offering individual & group steam sessions, personalised steam plans and herbal blends, we have all of your steaming needs covered.
