The Body Hub is a personal training hub, based on the Central Coast, NSW.

We provide solutions for people who are committed to changing their lifestyle, there’s no better place to start, so have a look around our site, our programs and pricing options. We tailor programs for individual fitness, group fitness, boxing programs and more.

There’s no obligation, contracts or specific timetables to keep to. Everyone is time poor, and so we work around your commitments, holidays, kids and the shopping! Any time is a good time for us.

We design programs for individuals, couples, and groups, all delivered by a qualified master personal trainer. We specialise in functional training, which will provide you with increased speed, strength, mobility and flexibility that you need to move through everyday life.



Programs

Personal Fitness Sessions

It's obvious, but we'll say it anyway, our individual programs are designed around you! Your needs, your lifestyle, your requirements, and your goals.

At your initial consultation and first session - which are free of charge, your trainer will conduct a thorough assessment including a medical screening, a nutrition habit checklist, a daily food group profile, a personal profile and a pre-exercise questionnaire.

Your trainer, in conjunction with you and based on your assessments, will then design a bespoke personal training program.

60 MINUTE SESSION


  • Consultation and first session

  • Individual : $65 per session

  • Individual Package (x 10 sessions) : $580


30 MINUTE SESSION


  • Consultation and first session - free of charge

  • Individual : $40 per session

  • Individual Package (x 10 sessions) : $350




Buddy Training

If you find it easier to train with a buddy, perhaps for motivation and encouragement, that's not a problem, in fact it's a great way to get in shape. We design specific buddy programs based on your needs and goals.

At your initial consultation and first session which are free of charge, your trainer will conduct a thorough assessment including a medical screening, anutrition habit checklist, a daily food group profile, a personal profile and a pre-exercise questionnaire.


  • Consultation and first session - free of charge

  • Cost for 2 buddies : $40 each

  • Buddy Session Packages available

  • Timing : 45 minutes (plus 5 minutes warm up, 5 minutes cool down)




Group Fitness



The trainers at The Body Hub have developed a unique Group Fitness Session. In these sessions you will:


  • Improve core strength and cardiovascular fitness

  • Complete circuit based activities

  • Use strength and conditioning techniques

  • Have variety and well thought out sessions

  • Train with like-minded people in a fun and relaxed atmosphere

My Story

Hi, my name is Adam Harris. I'm born and bred in Sydney and moved up to the Central Coast five years ago with my wife and baby daughter. I am a qualified Master Personal Trainer and have loads of experience within the sporting arena including playing first grade cricket in Sydney and playing professionally in the UK. I've played State level soccer and have coached junior and senior representative sides in both cricket and soccer for many years.

I set up The Body Hub to pursue my dream of being able to help people take the first step in improving their health and fitness, becoming motivated and committed to empower themselves to improve their lifestyle and habits. I have a passion for helping people set their goals, and being part of the ongoing journey to achieve them. I hope you'll find my services and programs life-changing.
