Someone or something has left your life, you are in a world of pain and have no idea how to face each day. I see my clients struggle with this every day.

What now? when your world is falling apart, your life is in turmoil and spiraling out of control and have no idea how to stop it.
How are you going to survive your day when feeling happy is impossible. Things you use to do just aren't fun anymore and you would rather be at home curled up in a ball with your memories as your world shrinks.
You are now not looking after yourself or even really care too. In fact everything is too hard. Alcohol, drugs and medication are welcomed as they numb the pain.

The first stage of grief is denial, grief demands to be felt, it lays in your heart until you begin to understand that you have a broken heart. The only way through grief is to allow it to touch you, stepping into its’ epicentre and stepping out the other side, onto the path of healing.
