About Jan

 

My name is Jan Denecke and I am a Nutritionist (BHCs Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, Adv Dipl Nutritional Medicine), yin & yang yoga teacher, Master candidate Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy, mindfulness meditation teacher (+1500 hours), life coach, publisher, and writer.

With more than a decade of experience working in holistic health, I can say with a great deal of surety that true nourishment involves a profound understanding of your life, your wellbeing, and your health. This goes beyond regular exercise and a healthy diet but also a look into what emotional and physical roadblocks might be restricting you from optimal health.

My main goal is to concentrate on helping you become strong, independent, and confident towards a healthier future. This through some realistic and non-complex steps that looking into your life and your health.
