To reconnect to our true selves and eceive the healing benefits of simply being immersed in the forest or nature, which is the foundational practice of “Forest Bathing”.

Being in nature helps to regulate our nervous system, restoring us to a state of calm, allowing us to "rest and digest", bringing us back to a restful state of “Natural Mindfulness”.
