Tai chi
Tai Chi translates as supreme ultimate. It involves fluid movements with hidden martial applications, that gently exercise every muscle and sinew, whilst circulating blood and Chi throughout the entire body. Tai Chi has been described as moving meditation and a "dance between Yin and Yang" that calms and balances the mind, body & spirit.
QiGong
Qi Gong translates as energy cultivation. It is an ancient technique of attentively and intently building, toning and directing Qi throughout the body for health, happiness and longevity. There are countless forms of Qi Gong, including sitting, standing and movement. Qi Gong is the Elder to all Traditional Chinese medicine and healing.
Mindfulness Meditation
This intensive one day mindfulness meditation workshop is suitable for beginners and those new to mindfulness meditation.
Using guided meditation and breath awareness techniques you will learn to develop self awareness and practices that will help reduce stress in our life.
The course it will include the theory of meditation, teaching of effective meditation techniques and practice time. If you have never meditated, or if you have tried and found it difficult to continue your practice, this one day meditation workshop is for you.
