Go into a quiet corner or space where you can’t be disturbed. Sit preferably with your back supported and upright to stop you falling asleep. Do not be concerned if your mind wanders a little throughout meditation. This is a completely normal and with practice and the tools that Elaine teaches in her meditations sessions, you will find you will be able to hold the space between the thoughts for longer and longer periods.
