Head / Neck / Shoulder

10 Mins $10 / 15 Mins $20 / 20 Mins $25 (Free Thai balm or high quality cream)

Concentrating on the head, neck and shoulders areas. This is a short massage of between 10-20 mins duration, which will help relax muscles from stress and tension.

Traditional Thai Massage

Applying pressure point techniques with thumbs and elbows, along with Yoga-like body stretching, provides relief of stress and muscle tension, improved circulation and increased flexibility. Free Thai herbal Balm on pain areas.

Foot Reflexology

Foot Reflexology is all about the effects it can have on sensory nerves associated with the body’s organs, connected through the most superficial layer of the body, the skin. With sensory nerves rooted primarily on the soles of the feet, applying massage and pressure to specific points on the soles produces a therapeutic effect in corresponding parts of the body.

Relaxation Oil Massage

Combining Aroma therapy and Swedish massage techniques, applied with moisturising grapeseed oil using hands and elbows, provides beneficial stimulation to body tissues. Involving a flowing massage style of long strokes and gentle to medium kneading pressure, this treatment provides relief from aches and pains, as well as, enhancing overall well-being.

Remedial Massage

Concentrating on deeper layers of muscles, tendons and ligaments with slow strokes and deep pressure to the contracted area. Provides relief to chronic patterns of tension and muscle strains.

Hot Stone Massage

A speciality massage treatment utilising smooth heated stones and grapeseed oil, either as an extension of the therapist’s hands or placed on the body while massaging other areas. Heat from the stones is both deeply relaxing and warming to tight muscles, allowing the therapist to massage more deeply and effectively.
