For more than 25 years I have been practicing yoga and meditation. I'm a Yoga Australia registered level 1. I trained as a high school teacher at first. I started an accounting career after 8 years of teaching and worked for over 15 years in the public sector.
My class is gentle, slow and fluid, based on the Hatha Yoga model and usually involves breathing, warming up, postures, extending and meditation.
My lessons are suitable for beginners and more experienced yoga students of all ages.
