Treatments

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.

Swedish Relaxation Massage

The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, reduces stress and anxiety, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage to maximise relaxation. Stones are heated and used in combination with oil massage to help soothe, warm, and release tension and stress in your muscles.

Sports / Therapeutic Massage

A great treatment for elite athletes or weekend joggers which is used to help prevent injuries, prepare and maintain optimal muscle performance, and help recover from workouts or injuries.

Pregnancy Massage

Prenatal massage is a therapeutic bodywork that enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. It is a gentle, noninvasive treatment that can help ease the discomforts associated with pregnancy.

Special Treatments

Sports Event Therapy

There are three types of Sports Therapy: Pre-event, Post-event and Maintenance. Each type has its own benefits and uses different techniques. Pre-event helps to prepare the athlete before the commencement of an event. Post-event is to help the athlete reduce signs of delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and assist in muscle repair. Maintenance massage is given at least once a week as part of the athlete's training program to help increase blood flow and nutrients to the muscles.

Corporate Massage (Seated)

Want to show appreciation for your hardworking employees (or even the hardly working ones)? Look after their well-being and show that you care for their achievements by rewarding them with on-site massage as a token of appreciation.

Remedial Treatment

Remedial massage is a treatment which consists of assessing and treating injuries, pain, and other musculo-skeletal conditions. The purpose of this treatment is to identify the main cause of an issue in order to work on a specific group of muscles, tendons, joints, ligaments and fascia that are affected to achieve change. These changes could be better mobility, less pain, less tension and improved body performance. Health fund rebate is available depending on your private health insurance plan.

Manual Lymph Drainage

MLD is a unique type of massage that improves lymph circulation using gentle pressure on the skin and is performed superficially. It also increase blood flow in deep and superficial veins. It is mainly used for lymphedema.

Gua Sha Treatment

In English, Gua Sha translates into "to scrape wind". It involves stroking the skin with an instrument made of jade, stone, bone or horn. This technique treats a variety of conditions such as pain and stiffness, fever, flu, migraines, allergic inflammation and much more by promoting HO-1 production. It can also heal chronic and acute conditions involving internal organs.
