Tru Fit Wellness Studio offers a range of spa therapies to aid in the recovery of muscles, boost performance and rehabilitate the body.  Offering both preventative treatments to help you train more effectively and post workout treatments to help reduce pain and relax fatigued muscles.

Therapies

Salt Therapy

Salt Therapy is a 100% natural, non-invasive treatment, where miniscule dry salt particles are inhaled. It is used to relieve respiratory problems, treat skin disorders and helps to improve wellbeing and boost the immune system.

Cryotherapy

Temporarily lowering the temperature of top layer of the skin causes constriction of local arterioles and venules. Effective in relieving soreness and muscle pain through reduced muscle metabolism in just 3 minutes.

High Altitude

Stimulated high altitude leads to less oxygen delivery and triggers adaptations both in the blood and muscle cells to increase the efficiency of oxygen delivery and energy production.

Power Plates

Power plate training exercises nearly 100% of muscle fibres where as normal gym training only exercises 35-40% of muscle fibres. Plate training is ideal for all ages and fitness levels.
